Four Days of Powerful Talks
August 25-28, 2026
The WCB Lawyers' Conference has been an annual must-attend event for 42 years now. Bringing together lawyers from the legal departments of all WCBs in Canada, this conference allows them to discuss the state of workers' compensation and occupational health and safety law in Canada, as well as to share administrative and strategic information common to all these jurisdictions.
Held this year in Quebec City, Quebec, this conference will build on the learnings of the past few years' conferences, while offering a fresh perspective on developments in relevant areas of the law over the past year.
In addition, this new edition of the conference will be preceded for the first time by a day of workshops focusing on digital transformation and personal information protection in the workers' compensation field.

The WCB Lawyers' Conference brings together lawyers working in the workers' compensation boards and commissions across Canada. It allows them to network throughout the year, exchange valuable information and support each other in continuing legal education.
